Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the month that just ended, based on your active student count. They are settled automatically from your wallet balance.
You keep full read access. New student records are blocked once you are past the free quota with an overdue invoice, and after the grace period the instance is suspended. Nothing is deleted.
Yes — disable students who have graduated or transferred. Their records and history stay intact but they no longer count as active.
